All products are non-refundable upon receipt.

Custom costumes require special care. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, and then squeeze the costume gently and roll in a towel to remove excess moisture. Do not twist or wring costumes. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach, soak or scrub, or dry costumes in the dryer as this may cause damage to the costumes. Use a 'color catcher' when washing darker fabrics, like red or navy, to prevent color bleeding. Do not iron your costume. Use a steamer to remove wrinkles as needed. Alternatively, Spray the costume with undiluted vodka in a spray bottle and allow to air dry. Spraying the costume with vodka will help eliminate unwanted smells. Do not dilute the vodka, as water may leave spots once the costume has dried.
