    How to book!!

    1.   The number of spots limited to a maximum of 2 solos and one duet/ trio per reservation per person)
    2. We have 10 spots per month available starting from October through March. It’s first come first serve after all 10 spots are booked. You will be waitlisted for your preferred month, if booked.
    3. Please provide accurate measurements from the size chart on our website in your email at the time of booking. additional measurements may be needed depending on design.
    4.   in your email please provide your name or dancers name and your full address for our records for shipping at the completion of your order.


    YOUR BOOKING  CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING:


    1.   You have confirmed your dancer(s) size using our size chart. We will not be held responsible for improper fit. If your dancer(s) measurements change at the starts of the design process please notify us immediately.       
    2. You agree that once the sketch has been finalized and has started the design process, no edits or revisions can be made.
    3. All alterations start at $50 and express alterations start at $100                             
    4. Shipping under $50 included in your package. Shipping exceeds this amount will be added to your final bill.
    5. All final Costumes balances need to be settled within seven days of completion or your costume becomes property of Astonish Costume and may be subject reselling.
    6. All Astonish Costumes start at $550.00 USD with a $175 deposit due at the time of booking and goes towards your final balance. All sales are final.
    7. Your custom costume will be shipped at your agreed-upon date of your booked month.
    • We can recreate previous Astonish Costumes designs that you may see on Facebook or Instagram. You may submit inspiration. However, Astonish Costumes does do exact replicas. We strive to provide a uniquely “Astonishing” look with each of our designs. Please be advised that all rhinestones patterns and appliqué placement will vary from previous design.
    • Once your costume is completed we will        send you pictures and invoice you your final payment. 

     

    • Balances are due upon product completion. Costumes will not be shipped until the final balance is paid. If final balance is not received within ten (10) business days of completion, the costume will be considered property of Astonish Costumes and eligible for sale to the general public. All prior payments will be non-refundable.


    • We ask that you are as thorough as possible during the design phase as once your agreed upon design goes into production, there can be no changes made. Please note, sketches do not reflect the functionality of a costume. Due to this, finished product may not be identical to the initial rendering. Astonish Costumes does not recreate other designers work, if you would like your costume to be identical to your inspiration, you will have to go to the original designer.
